On most properties, the truth about the estate is scattered: a lighting and audio layout in a drawer, a specialist’s phone number in a text thread, the reason a bed was regraded held only in one person’s memory. When that person changes, the estate loses its history.
Verdant Key exists so it doesn’t. As we steward a property, we keep its systems, evidence, decisions, completed work, and open items in a single ordered record — so care continues without interruption and decisions are made from what is known rather than what is assumed.
Organized around five parts
Sonance landscape audio, FX Luminaire lighting, Lutron controls, irrigation zones, pools, pool lighting, pumps, water features and displays, drainage paths, and waterfront systems — their layouts, control relationships, and responsible specialists recorded as configured on the property, and updated when they change.
Photographs, readings, plans, and site observations attached to the place they belong. Evidence replaces recollection when a question arrives months later.
What was considered, what was chosen, and why. A decision kept with its reasoning can be revisited intelligently instead of repeated.
A durable record of what has been carried out on the estate, including corrective work and the condition it addressed.
